You heard right, Stripe's salary is indeed extremely competitive. For software engineers, the salary levels tend to be well above the industry average, especially given the company's unlisted background. But there's more to the salary package than just the base salary - it also includes generous bonuses, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package. For example, in addition to comprehensive health insurance, Stripe offers wellness management programs, mental health resources, and even exclusive benefits for new parents.
