今年 BCG X 的新 grad OA 明显加密了，最近陆续开始扫人。我在 11.22 做到这一套，四道数分题、总时长 90min。因为之前做过十多套，整体节奏还算熟，四题直接一次过。这里把完整流程 + 题面 + 注意点给大家复盘一下。这套题给我的感觉是：不难，但非常吃熟悉度。尤其是 SQL + 数据处理类的小坑真不少，如果你第一次做 BCG Online Case Assessment ，会明显感觉时间被掐着走。反之你只要抓住套路，就会发现 30 分钟能做完四题。
整体体验：节奏偏快，但套路熟悉就很稳
上来就是四道独立的 data manipulation + ML 小题，都是 BCG X 家常见的 Dataset Integration / Feature Processing / Binary Classification 那种风格。没有太多绕弯子，就是看你熟不熟悉完整数据处理 pipeline。
这次我 30 分钟做完，包括检查，剩下 60min 直接交卷。
如果你第一次做，我建议至少预留 60–70min。
Four Questions
Q1 — Multi-source Data Aggregation & Metric Computation
After merging multiple data sources, compute the following metrics:
- Mean value of numerical scores.
- Proportion of boolean language-capability flags.
- Success rate of the order status field.
Return a clean table with the structure: (metric_name, metric_value), ensuring precision and readability.
Q2 — Multi-table Processing & Join Operations
Process three separate datasets:
- Compute driver experience (years).
- Calculate vehicle inspection days.
- Extract trip like counts.
Join the datasets using the primary keys, handle missing values, and select only required fields.
Q3 — Feature Engineering for Numerical & Categorical Variables
Apply feature processing on mixed data types:
- Impute age values using the training-set mean.
- Transform categorical variables into ordinal codes.
- Convert driver-tier categories into binary labels.
Q4 — Model Training with Random Forest Classifier
Merge training and validation sets for full utilization.
Train a Random Forest Classifier to perform binary classification.
Produce the final predicted labels as the output.
四题难度：不难，但考察“细节稳定性”
如果你平时对 pandas / sklearn 比较熟，这套是真的不算难。但 BCG X 的题目做多了你会发现它们非常重视：
- 字段命名要一致
- 类型转换不能错（bool、category、string、numeric）
- join key 要干净
- output format 必须严格照着来
这就是为什么新手容易翻车。尤其随机森林那一题，没合并训练集就直接 fit，会直接挂。
我这次的时间安排
仅供你参考（其实就是“熟练度碾压”）：
- Q1：5 分钟
- Q2：10 分钟
- Q3：5 分钟
- Q4：8 分钟
- 余下全是检查
