Merck OA 流程概覽
Merck 雖然是傳統醫藥公司,但 Merck 的技術招聘流程非常標準化、科技感十足,OA 多通過 Codility 或 HackerRank 等第三方平臺進行,考試體驗與大廠基本一致。
進入考試後會自動開始計時,整體時長通常為 60 到 90 分鐘,一共包含 2 到 3 道程式設計題,題型設計偏向「實用 +嚴謹」。,既考演算法基本功,也強調代碼健壯性、邊界處理和可讀性。
從學員反饋來看,題目難度大多在 LeetCode Medium~Hard 之間,但更偏“工程思維”:比如如何根據輸入數據模擬系統行為、實現某個業務邏輯處理模組等。
平臺操作方面,Codility 和 HackerRank 都會自動檢測語法錯誤、運行樣例測試,並在提交後進行隱藏測試樣例驗證,重點考察代碼在極端數據和邊界場景下是否仍然穩定運行。
此外,有些题目要求你自己设计输入输出格式,这类题目建议尽早与面试平台界面熟悉,避免在题目理解和格式校验上浪费时间。务必预留 10~15 分钟做测试样例验证 + debug 提交,不要把时间卡太死在主逻辑实现上。
